The metro was very close to the hotel. This made travel simple. Fast checkout was available. The spa provided a relaxing experience . (i particularly like sauna).
I wished the room service menu included more snack options. The front desk went unanswered when i called it several times. The room did not include bedroom slippers.

we have stayed here previously and it continues to be a solid choice. the location near bercy village is convenient with easy access to the metro. the hotel offers a quiet environment a big plus after busy days. i appreciated the excellent breakfast options each morning.
The windows need updating. I could hear road traffic and emergency vehicle sirens from inside my room it was just a minor distraction overall.

jeanette at the welcome desk gave us great service she provided warm services for tour introductions. she offered very good instructions for our tour she was helpful and friendly.

the pool requires advance slot reservations i was almost alone there it provided relaxation after exploring. the hotel has a cinema it also has a circus museum both are good additions.

The hotel is near a shopping area (bercy village) with shops and restaurants it offers convenience. it is a one-minute walk from metro line 14. The line quickly connects to the city center.

breakfast was delicious varied and plentiful it had a high standard of products. they prepared a special omelette for breakfast upon request it was a good touch.

broken heaterignored request
the heater seemed broken i requested it fixed daily they said a technician would come in 10 minutes but no one ever came now my family is coughing this service was not what i expected for what i paid for the family room. it was frustrating they never followed up i felt ignored and unimportant our stay was really affected. it left a bad impression of the hotel.
